Narragansett Bay Wheelmen Club Membership
It is in our charter to promote and encourage safe recreational cycling in Rhode Island and Southern New England, but how we go about delivering against that charter is what makes the NBW unique. Consider ...
We offer organized, arrowed rides every Sunday throughout the year, and welcome riders of all levels. At any pace, our rides are always an adventure in that riders see beautiful sections of Rhode Island, Eastern Connecticut, and Southeastern Massachusetts which they would rarely experience in a car.
The community of cyclists is very supportive of each other and the sense of camaraderie runs deep. Our website and newsletters are there to support the local cycling community with maps, cycling news and events, resources, classified ads, etc.
Through a variety of efforts with local and national cycling organizations, the NBW gives back through volunteerism, advocacy, and financial support. The NBW is engaged in state/federal plans affecting cyclists, bicycling safety, public awareness, bike lanes, routes, paths, commuting, bridge access, etc.
We have an NBW Ride every Sunday.
